Main Position Tasks:
1.Sales management: be responsible for Regional sales management and Sales Turnover results.
2. Collected project information and made systematic report; Follow up the progress of the project, find the relationship between Party A, design and construction units, and be able to accurately enter into the project;
Recommended the company's products, participated in the business negotiation and signing of project sales contracts;
3. Fulfillment of engineering contracts, delivery, account reconciliation, payment collection, and follow-up of the implementation of engineering contracts; Timely deal with and solve problems and customer complaints arising from the project; Responsible for regional market layout and planning, understanding market competition situation and business information through effective methods;
4. Won cooperation with important real estate companies and design companies by organizing technical exchanges and business negotiations; Conducted detailed analysis of business conditions, submitted business work reports and development plans regularly, and completed sales targets
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor graduated or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concept.
2. At least 3 -5 years’ experience in related sales area within good performance can be tracked.
3. With entrepreneur sprit, passionate and can always make things happen.
Proven to be proactive for the job e.g., seek information to your line manager without being asked.
4. Proven to be hard working with a lot of on-site activities, be competitive and result oriented.
5. With good industry knowledge and skills in sales.
6. Good at multi-tasking, with output good performance solidly under work pressure.
7. Comfortable on frequent travel and onsite support across China.
