Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1) Maintain and update data timely in related HR system and HR Sheet with training and guidance, ensure the HR data is accurate and consistent.
2) Be responsible for maintenance of Employee Personal Files.
3) Consolidate the monthly report including but not limited to HC, turnover report and HR dashboard
4) Be responsible for employees check-in and check-out process and proper maintenance of employee personal files.
5) Conduct employee orientation for C&B part.
6) Coordinate with employment vendor for employment related issues, includes but not limited to medical insurance plan, employee benefits, employment certificate, etc.
7) Implement HR policies and procedures and answer employee inquiries accordingly, includes leave management, etc.
8) Assistant on employee residence card and related policy consulting
9) Ad-hoc tasks
Required Qualifications:
1) Knowledge, skills and abilities
a. Hard working, energetic, self-motivated, and have strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
b. Good communication and interpersonal skills
c. Proficiency in Excel
2) Minimum education level
a. Diploma or Bachelor
3) Minimum experiences: 1-2 years of related working experience
