Build strong foundation to establish consistently high level of operational efficiency in retail network
- Optimize and develop guidelines to standardize operating procedures for BTQs/Retail Corners,ensure proper implementation of SOP
- Analysis and Reporting of promotional activities, new product sales performance, and other reports for ongoing discussions, analysis and strategy planning
-Local BI Dashboard management for retail management team, could conduct training sessions for retail team.
- Sales incentive calculation for Boutiques team/Retail Corner staff
- Supplier management, in charge of national supplier selection, communication, PO management and payment follow-up -Contract management and chopping process follow-up, to ensure full compliance
-License management:conducting process from A to Z, and coordinating with consultants (in Chinese) and with our Finance -FA Management for Retail network,coordinating with Finance for FA registration/transfer and disposal process
- Intra/Inter-department meeting organization
- To be main retail office contact for internal communication/Audit/Compliance work
-Able to work in Boutiques and Retail Corners periodically.Able to travel to assist with new store openings, training, etc. Able to occasionally work on weekends.
