Education &Experience
Bachelor's degree
with min. 10 years of experience in Business Administration, Human Resources or related
filed.
Experience in Chemicals or industrial setting
with general experiences in all aspects
of Human Resources.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant employment law.
Must have computer skills
in HRIS systems
and reporting and MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)·
Good command of both English & Chinese, written and spoken.
Able to work independently as well and meet deadlines.

1.
Attract, select, and retain the right people from the internal and external market, leveraging our employer brand in a compelling way.
o Manage interview assessment of candidates for Grade 34 and below where appropriate.
o
Provide suggestion to people managers
about offer proposals to meet business
priorities and individual expectations.
o
Conduct the reference check
for the final
candidate offered before
on-boarding.
o
Initiate and coordinate the new hire orientation process and delivery.
o
Support recruitment channel development and optimization in Asia.
2.
Deliver reliable, compliance and secured HR operations to the business.
o
Execute daily C&B operation and prepare all documentations including monthly payroll cycle running, employee
on-board/exit procedure, coordination on employees’ pension
provision to ensure full
compliance with local
regulations.
o
Employee lifecycle documentation management (contracts, leave management etc.).
o
Manage foreign employee relocation related support and annual IIT filling.
o
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports
like bonus accrual,
headcount report etc.
o
Leverage local network inside
and outside INEOS
to learn market best practice.
o
Advise employees on individual HR related question.
3.
Ensure duty of care
for our people.
o
Stay up to date with the external legal
context and observe
internal ‘weak signals’ to resolve or prevent ER issues.
o
Responsible for individual severance / consultation processes
for junior staff and support HR Manager in preparing the
proposal.
o
Support people managers in managing informal and formal ER cases. Drive robust and fair process.
o
Plan and organize employee engagement activities.

Understand, collect
training & development needs and suggest
on feasible solution.

Partner with business team to execute performance management process.

Support key talent development and succession planning.
5.
HR Project Deliverable
o
Work with BU team and
support on Asia
Annual Merit Adjustment and Bonus Pay-out.
o
Annual Salary Survey for China and Malaysia.
o
Ad-hoc global survey, e.g., Ten Force, Korn Ferry data submission.
6.
