崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司國(guó)內(nèi)及海外(東南亞、歐洲、美國(guó)等)的人才招聘。
2、根據(jù)公司的人才戰(zhàn)略需要,與用人部門溝通明確招聘需求,制定招聘計(jì)劃并實(shí)施。
3、對(duì)目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的人才布局分析,人才地圖建立,做好外部人才庫(kù)的儲(chǔ)備。
4、對(duì)招聘渠道的建設(shè)提出建議,并對(duì)招聘渠道效果進(jìn)行定期評(píng)估。
5、招聘信息的發(fā)布、簡(jiǎn)歷搜尋與篩選、候選人的面試與評(píng)估、錄用洽談。
6、招聘達(dá)成率與招聘質(zhì)量的定期分析與改善。
任職要求:
1、統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷,5年以上招聘工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、具備2年以上海外人才招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn),英語可作為工作語言。
3、較強(qiáng)的招聘規(guī)劃能力及執(zhí)行力。
4、積極樂觀,主動(dòng)思考,學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)。
5、具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,責(zé)任心及抗壓能力強(qiáng)。
Senior Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for domestic and overseas (Southeast Asia, Europe, USA, etc.) talent recruitment .
2. According to the company's talent strategy needs, communicate with the hiring department to clarify the recruitment needs, make the recruitment plan and implement.
3. Analyze the talent layout of the target market, establish the talent map, and reserve the external talent pool.
4. Make suggestions on the construction of recruitment channels, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels regularly.
5. Responsible for the release of recruitment information, resume search and screening, candidate interview and evaluation, recruitment negotiation.
6. Regular analysis and improvement of recruitment achievement rate and recruitment quality.
Skills and Experience
1. At least 5 years working experience in recruitment.
2. Fluent English speaking and writing ability.
3. Have team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills,
good coordination skills.
