崗位職責
1.結合用戶生命周期,進行分層運營,發(fā)掘不同用戶的做功點,制定差異化補貼、觸達等策略,達成實付交易額增長,補貼效率優(yōu)化的業(yè)務目標;
2.結合數(shù)據(jù)分析,洞察用戶需求和行為,挖掘和提煉不同用戶的決策邏輯、購物場景,從供給、需求、體驗各要素做功,提升用戶黏性和價值;
3.對接商分、產(chǎn)研等團隊,協(xié)調各方資源,推動運營策略落地;
4.關注競爭對手、行業(yè)重要玩家的關鍵策略,通過市場調研、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方式,洞察業(yè)務增長點。
崗位基本需求
1.5年以上,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶運營、補貼策略相關的經(jīng)驗;
2.數(shù)據(jù)驅動,熟練掌握相關分析工具和方法,能獨自閉環(huán)策略制定、實驗設計、效果復盤、策略迭代的全流程;
3.心態(tài)開放,能快速理解和適應不同文化背景的工作環(huán)境、運營方法、用戶需求;
4.掌握用戶運營方法論,具備同理心,有用戶視角,能夠有效洞察用戶需求。
具備以下者優(yōu)先
1.有交易產(chǎn)品的用戶運營、補貼策略經(jīng)驗;
2.粵語或英語可作為工作語言;
3.有海外工作、生活背景。
