崗位職責(zé)
1.結(jié)合用戶生命周期,進(jìn)行分層運(yùn)營(yíng),發(fā)掘不同用戶的做功點(diǎn),制定差異化補(bǔ)貼、觸達(dá)等策略,達(dá)成實(shí)付交易額增長(zhǎng),補(bǔ)貼效率優(yōu)化的業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo);
2.結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)分析,洞察用戶需求和行為,挖掘和提煉不同用戶的決策邏輯、購物場(chǎng)景,從供給、需求、體驗(yàn)各要素做功,提升用戶黏性和價(jià)值;
3.對(duì)接商分、產(chǎn)研等團(tuán)隊(duì),協(xié)調(diào)各方資源,推動(dòng)運(yùn)營(yíng)策略落地;
4.關(guān)注競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手、行業(yè)重要玩家的關(guān)鍵策略,通過市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方式,洞察業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。
崗位基本需求
1.5年以上,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶運(yùn)營(yíng)、補(bǔ)貼策略相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng),熟練掌握相關(guān)分析工具和方法,能獨(dú)自閉環(huán)策略制定、實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、效果復(fù)盤、策略迭代的全流程;
3.心態(tài)開放,能快速理解和適應(yīng)不同文化背景的工作環(huán)境、運(yùn)營(yíng)方法、用戶需求;
4.掌握用戶運(yùn)營(yíng)方法論,具備同理心,有用戶視角,能夠有效洞察用戶需求。
具備以下者優(yōu)先
1.有交易產(chǎn)品的用戶運(yùn)營(yíng)、補(bǔ)貼策略經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.粵語或英語可作為工作語言;
3.有海外工作、生活背景。
