崗位職責(zé)
1.搭建和迭代實(shí)現(xiàn)境外業(yè)務(wù)面向商家、騎手的計(jì)費(fèi)、分賬等清結(jié)算系統(tǒng),確保業(yè)務(wù)高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);
2.通過用戶調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)分析、行業(yè)調(diào)研等深入洞察結(jié)算的需求場(chǎng)景,挖掘需求痛點(diǎn)及機(jī)會(huì),輸出產(chǎn)品方案;
3.對(duì)接公司支付團(tuán)隊(duì),為境外業(yè)務(wù)的支付合規(guī)、安全、效率負(fù)責(zé)。
崗位基本需求
1.具有大型電商或本地生活服務(wù)公司的結(jié)算產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.熟悉計(jì)費(fèi)、分賬、對(duì)賬、賬戶、發(fā)票等結(jié)算模塊,并有過多個(gè)模塊的實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.熟悉產(chǎn)品文檔編寫、主流的原型設(shè)計(jì)工具,熟悉基本的財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí),了解支付作業(yè)流程;
4.認(rèn)真嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、思路靈活,愿意學(xué)習(xí)并探索外賣多業(yè)務(wù)板塊知識(shí)。
具備以下者優(yōu)先
1.有國(guó)際化業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),如電商、外賣、出行等行業(yè);
2.英語語言能力較好者優(yōu)先。
