崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)海內(nèi)外餐飲服務(wù)商和品牌商戶合作對接全流程
2.面向海外餐飲連鎖客戶運(yùn)營場景,理解客戶需求和業(yè)務(wù),挖掘客戶痛點(diǎn),進(jìn)行客戶需求收集,深度參與客戶解決方案制定,對項(xiàng)目解決方案效率和結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé);
3.制定項(xiàng)目解決方案的實(shí)施策略,并通過銷售、產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)協(xié)同,對項(xiàng)目成功負(fù)責(zé);
4.建立和維護(hù)與海外合作伙伴的關(guān)系,共同推廣產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源,為合作伙伴提供技術(shù)支持和解決方案。
崗位基本需求
1.本科以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先,3年以上產(chǎn)品運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn),有外賣行業(yè)、本地生活服務(wù)行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
2.具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作經(jīng)驗(yàn),抗壓能力強(qiáng); 善于溝通,利他精神。
3.優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通能力,團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力。
4.具有強(qiáng)烈的學(xué)習(xí)意愿,具備較好的學(xué)習(xí)能力、問題分析能力、以及問題解決能力。
5.英語可作為工作語言。
具備以下者優(yōu)先
1. 產(chǎn)品、售前、技術(shù)背景、有過項(xiàng)目管理、業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,有較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù),平臺(tái),技術(shù)理解力;
2. 有IT/軟件廠商售前/餐飲行業(yè)解決方案經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
