1.推動銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的流程和動作產(chǎn)品化和線上化,通過系統(tǒng)幫助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)提效。
2.處理前線BD的反饋和問題咨詢
3.市場調(diào)研,以及其他日常取數(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)分析工作
崗位基本需求
1.思維縝密,邏輯嚴(yán)謹(jǐn);學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),能在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)了解系統(tǒng)和業(yè)務(wù);
2.有客戶同理心,有產(chǎn)品敏感度,對于不理解的場景能追問,對于不合理的場景能提出;
3.有一定的產(chǎn)品思考或者經(jīng)驗(yàn),能在中高階同學(xué)指導(dǎo)下完成復(fù)雜度適中的工作;
4.具備SQL技能,有數(shù)據(jù)分析的潛質(zhì);
5.英語能力較佳(能夠熟練閱讀、檢索一手英文信息,能展開英文對話)。
