Main Responsibilities:
? Provide implementation support for HR processes, new HR systems and
initiatives in the People area.
? Follow-up on delivered services and provide input for process improvement to the relevant process owners.
? Collaborate within the HR function to plan and execute the deliverables based on business needs.
? Knowledge sharing within HR.
? Actively identify areas for improvement within the Service Delivery Model.
? Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of HR reporting data.
? Proactively build and promote strong employee trust and open communication between all levels through the company’s Culture and code of conduct.
Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above, 5 years above working experience in HR
related Job.
? Fluent English express is a must.
? Familiar with HR related Laws and policies of PRC, good computer
skills, industrial knowledge
? Good communication skill, team management skills, planning skill,
well presentation skill, strong problem solving skills and team-work spirit,
strong ability of data analysis.
