崗位職責(zé):
- Responsible for Item master data management & maintenance based on the selected product assortment per brand
- Create & Manage Master Assortment over 400+ items catered for main selling seasons SS and FW across multiple brands
- Identify New Items (both NPD and US-marketed items) & Update Carry-over items’ information
- Collection of key product features, functions, specification as input to Sales and Marketing
- Develop go-to-market strategy with comp search analysis and RRP recommendation
- RFQ Management –Focused effort to improve margin/bottom line
- New Product Development coordination with US
- NPD Product Compliance Ownership and Tracking
- Prototypes & Sample management to support sales events & offices
- Collecting, consolidating and reporting assortment/sales data to uncover valuable insights that drive business performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- Work with Sales team to manage daily task including sales forecast review/input, customer pricing preparation, presentations and sales catalogues to customers
- Diploma or degree holder in data science, statistics , business analytics or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience of Merchandising/Sales within the retail/FMCG industry with an understanding of New Product Development process would be a plus
- Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
- Strong Excel skills is a must
- Able to work under pressure, excellent communication skills and detail minded
- Well organized, able to multi task, strong problem-solving skills, and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
