崗位職責(zé) Job duty

Responsible for the implementation of the project, andcoordinate to solvethe problems during the process.

4、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目完成后的跟進(jìn)與技術(shù)支持。

Responsible for the follow-up issues and technical support afterprojectfinished.

5、培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)人員的日常工作。

Make training and coaching of project team.

6、建立及貫徹項(xiàng)目管理制度，包括項(xiàng)目費(fèi)用、溝通、文檔等的管理。

Build up and follow up theprojectmanagement regulations, including project cost,communication anddocumentationmanagement.

7、跟客戶建立良好的合作關(guān)系，共同完成合同所規(guī)定的項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。

Establish a good relationship with customer to jointly achievethe contractualtarget.

8、完成上級(jí)交辦的其他事宜。

Complete other jobsfrom leaders.

任職資格 Job qualification

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或機(jī)電專業(yè)背景。

Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical or Mechanical &ElectronicsEngineering background.

2、三年以上工程項(xiàng)目管理或類似工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，冶金機(jī)械設(shè)備、液壓設(shè)備方面工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳。

More than 3 years experience of project management or similarexperience, metallurgy facilitiesandhydraulic experience would be better.

3、工作勤奮、獨(dú)立，身體健康并能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差。

Diligent, independent, fitness and can traveling frequently.

4、良好的邏輯思維和語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力，良好的談判技巧和抗壓能力。

Good logical thinking and language skills, excellent negotiationskills and theability to work under pressure.

5、善于團(tuán)隊(duì)工作, 良好的人際溝通能力。

Good teamwork spirit , excellent interpersonal communicationskill.

6、熟練操作辦公軟件。

Good computer skill。

7、良好的英語(yǔ)或德語(yǔ)的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫水平。
