Manage all aspects of product quality, so that; all products shipped to our customers meet our product SOP’s and customer
expectations.

Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP)
·
Create and maintain all product SOP’s
·
Train suppliers and 3rd party
inspectors, so that; they understand, apply and adhere to all company’s
product SOP’s.
Standards
·
Review, approve and sign sample/bulk
production standards
·
Research, understand and apply product test
protocols and standards for all product scopes.
Supplier Audit
·
For potential suppliers, review 3rd
party supplier audit reports and work with suppliers to make required quality
process improvements, so that; they pass follow-up audits if needed.
Inspection
·
Create and maintain inspection points for all
product scopes.
·
Create inspection plans per AQL system for all
product inspections.
·
Lead pre-inspection meetings with 3rd
party inspection firm.
·
Issue inspection documents to supplier, agree on
special/additional inspection point for each scope and project.
·
Regularly audit 3rd party inspections
at supplier sites based in China, Korea and Southeast Asia including Vietnam,
Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand.
·
Review inspection reports (IR) and work with
suppliers and 3rd party inspectors to resolve pending quality issues.
Quality
Alert
·
For all quality issues raised by our
Customers, Project Managers and Install Managers, track and collaborate with
the supplier and 3rd party inspectors to determine root cause(s)
and implement countermeasure(s).
