Main Job Scop:
1.計劃和管理學(xué)生午餐和學(xué)校活動的食物準備。
Plan and manage food preparation for student lunches and school activities.
2. 創(chuàng)建符合學(xué)校要求的菜單,為所有年級提供均衡的食物營養(yǎng)。

3. 與采購部合作,確保食品供應(yīng)品牌、質(zhì)量、供貨和收貨流程以及食品成本控制。
Work with purchasing on food supply brands, quality, supply delivery & received procedure and food cost control.
4. 根據(jù)FDA的要求,監(jiān)督和管理廚房員工的活動和培訓(xùn)。
Supervise and manage kitchen staff's activities and training according to FDA requirements.
5. 遵守營養(yǎng)衛(wèi)生法規(guī)和安全標準。
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
6. 安排設(shè)備采購和維修。
Arrange for equipment purchase and repairs.
任職資格:
Qualification:
1. 6-8年西餐、宴會或餐飲服務(wù)廚師長工作經(jīng)驗。
Proven 6-8 years working experience as Head Chef in Western Kitchen, Banquet or Catering Service.
2.有良好的廚房管理記錄,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力強。

3. 能夠委派多個任務(wù),并能有效地發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問題。
Capable of delegating multiple tasks with ability to spot & resolve problems efficiently.
4. 熟悉各種計算機軟件(MS office, PPT, KPL軟件)。
Working knowledge of various computer software program include (MS office, PPT, KPL software).
5. 西方烹飪學(xué)校畢業(yè)證書和額外的營養(yǎng)證書將優(yōu)先考慮。
Degree in western culinary school certificate and additional nutrition certificate will be advantage.
6. 能用流利的中英文進行交流。有在中國工作經(jīng)驗的外籍人士優(yōu)先。
Be able to communicate fluent in Chinese & English. Expatriate preferred with working experience in China.
