Development and Customization:

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on company requirements.

根據(jù)公司要求實現(xiàn)用戶角色和訪問權(quán)限的可視化定制。

Implement User roles and access right visualization customization as per company requirements.

創(chuàng)建和配置具有工作流自動填充的新模板。

Create and configure new templates with workflow automation filling.

在模塊上創(chuàng)建新的篩選選項，以優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)搜索。

Create new filter selections on modules for optimized data search.

在Odoo生態(tài)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)執(zhí)行版本升級、模塊遷移和技術升級。

Perform version upgrades, module migrations, and technical upgrades within the Odoo ecosystem.

通過API、XML-RPC和其他方法將Odoo與第三方系統(tǒng)集成。

Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via API, XML-RPC, and other methodologies.

2、數(shù)據(jù)庫管理和優(yōu)化：

Database Management and Optimization:

Migrate existing database to our personal cloud environment and/or on premises.

設計和優(yōu)化PostgreSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫，確保高效的數(shù)據(jù)存儲和檢索。

Desgning and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

為報告和數(shù)據(jù)分析開發(fā)SQL查詢。

Develop SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.

3、用戶界面和工作流設計：

User Interface and Workflow Design:

構(gòu)建自定義儀表板、視圖和工作流程，以簡化操作并增強用戶體驗。

Build custom dashboards, views, and workflows to streamline operations and enhance user experience.

改善用戶界面/用戶體驗，提高系統(tǒng)可用性。

Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance system usability.

4、故障排除和Bug修復：

Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing:

識別、診斷和解決Odoo模塊中的錯誤和問題。

Identify,diagnose, and resolve bugs and issues in Odoo modules.

對系統(tǒng)故障進行根本原因分析，確保及時修復。

Perform root cause analysis for system malfunctions and ensure timely fixes.

5、協(xié)作和文檔：

Collaboration and Documentation:

與高層管理人員、項目經(jīng)理和最終用戶密切合作，收集功能和技術需求。

Work closely with Top Management, project managers, and end-users to gather
functional and technical requirements.

創(chuàng)建技術文檔，包括開發(fā)路線圖、用戶指南和發(fā)布說明。

Create technical documentation, including development roadmaps, user guides, and release notes.

Provide training and ongoing support for Odoo users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1、Odoo平臺必備專業(yè)知識：

Mandatory Expertise in Odoo Platform:

3年以上Odoo ERP開發(fā)、配置和定制工作經(jīng)驗。

3+years of experience working with Odoo ERP development, configuration, and customization.

深入了解Odoo的架構(gòu)、模塊（銷售、庫存、會計、CRM等）和核心框架。

In-depth knowledge of Odoo’s architecture, modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.), and core framework.

有使用Odoo開發(fā)工具的經(jīng)驗，包括Odoo Studio。

Experience with Odoo development tools, including Odoo Studio.

2、技術熟練程度：

Technical Proficiency:

熟練使用Python和JavaScript，有編寫簡潔高效代碼的實踐經(jīng)驗。

Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in writing clean and efficient code.

有使用PostgreSQL的經(jīng)驗，包括編寫復雜的SQL查詢。

Experience with PostgreSQL, including complex SQL query writing.

熟悉前端技術，如HTML， CSS， jQuery和Bootstrap。

Ability to integrate Odoo with external systems.
