*職位目的 Purpose
The Big Data Analyst will play a key role in harnessing the power of large datasets to drive strategic decision-
making and empower the organization in achieving its business objectives. By analyzing complex data sets, the analyst will extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
*職責(zé)Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Management:
a. Gather, process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources.
b. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, security and quality throughout the data lifecycle.
2. Data Analysis:
a. Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to interpret large datasets, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights.
b. Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast outcomes and support business initiatives.
3. Reporting & Visualization:
a. Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
b. Design and implement data visualization dashboards to illustrate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other important metrics.
4. Platform Development
a. Develop data visualization platform and build webpage or application to stakeholders.
5. Collaboration:
a. Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT and Business Team to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
b. Participate in project meetings to provide insights and contribute to strategic planning.
6. Continuous Improvement:
a. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to big data and analytics.
b. Continuously look for ways to improve data processes and methodology to enhance data-driven decision-making.
*教育背景Education
1. Master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
*知識(shí)Knowledge
1. Experience with data visualization tools in Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools
2. Strong command of statistical programming languages (Python preferred)
3. Familiarity with databases and data warehousing solutions (SQL, NoSQL, Amazon Redshift)
4. Semiconductor and engineering problem solving experience is a plus.

Experienced candidates, Semiconductor Engineering working experience is a plus.
5+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
