設(shè)計(jì)焊接夾具設(shè)計(jì)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop detail drawing and specification for jigs/fixtures and machines/cells.
用 3D CAD 改進(jìn)夾具及其他產(chǎn)品的圖紙及技術(shù)參數(shù)
2. Generate 3D development models and renderings, as well as production level surfaces and features for engineering and tooling

3. Generate fully tolerance 2D drawings for suppliers prior to mass production for products with demanding geometric and cosmetic requirements
供應(yīng)商批量生產(chǎn)前提供圖紙
4. Collaborate with the purchasing team on material selection, part design and manufacturing feasibility, along with the requirements of new projects.
與采購(gòu)部合作，負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目的零部件選擇，設(shè)計(jì)，可行性分析
5. Be responsible for complete database for new projects, ensuring all engineering changes are updated and documented
完成新項(xiàng)目的數(shù)據(jù)工作，確保所有工藝的更新和存檔
6. Manage and complete Mechanical Design to achieve the task
負(fù)責(zé)按目標(biāo)完成機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)
7. Work together with the team in the design & work with project team to prepare drawings for jigs and machines and others
與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作完成設(shè)計(jì)，與項(xiàng)目部合作準(zhǔn)備夾具等的圖紙。
8. Providing in the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analysis on client specifications & influence client specifications through design recommendations
根據(jù)客戶需求提供設(shè)計(jì)，通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)推薦滿足客戶需求
9. Help the operation team to fix/debug the product design issue to ensure the production smooth
幫助生產(chǎn)部完善設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題，確保順利生產(chǎn)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar；
機(jī)械或機(jī)電一體專業(yè)本科以上
2. 3+ years’ experience as tooling design engineer,
3年以上工裝夾具設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Proficiency in 3D CAD packages such as Solidworks is essential
熟悉Solidworks等
4. Familiar of Welding fixtures；Automotive automated welding；industrial automation (sensors, valves etc)；Electrical engineering；Better a little familiar with Robotics
熟悉夾具，自動(dòng)化焊割，工業(yè)自動(dòng)化，電氣，***略懂機(jī)器人
5. Familiar of design flow and procedure
熟悉設(shè)計(jì)流程
6. Ability to work in product development team of engineers as well as an ability to work independently

7. Demonstrated problem solving skills and creative, analytical and detail orientated work ethic
