Job Description:

We are seeking a professionally skilled Senior level BI Data Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on development tasks, with a significant portion dedicated to architectural responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure development and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest technical advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain data models, database schemas/tables/views, and data integration processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all BI platforms.
• Optimize and tune data systems for performance and scalability.
• Lead the development, testing and deployment of ETL processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for data architecture and BI solutions.
• Architectural Work :
• Architect data models and solutions to support BI initiatives.
• Provide advanced knowledge and insights on Fabric and other emerging technologies and stay updated with the latest trends.
• Provide technical guidance andmentorship to the BI team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of data warehousing designs and methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in ETL tools and processes.
• Sound experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s degree in a related field.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabrics, Azure
  Synapse)
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
