Siemens Global Business Services（GBS） is engaged in providing innovative, designed, improved and efficient services in Accounting & Finance, Human Resource and Supply Chain Management areas. You’ll make an impact by
Respond to requests from customers and users via phone, chat, or email.
Diagnose procurement process and application usage issues.
Advise customers and users on appropriate actions.
Support other functional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Your defining qualities
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, IT, or other equivalent technical disciplines.
2-3 years of working experience in customer service.
Knowledge / Experience in the procurement process.
Strong sense of responsibility; all-right ability to work under pressure; and good communication skills. Good time management skill.
Qualified organizing ability is highly preferred.
Good English in oral and written is preferred.
Project management experience is preferred.
