Main Purpose 主要目標
To manage the
development of the E-Commerce strategy in relations to Le Cordon Bleu’s (LCB) consumer
product line(s), in China as well as supporting initiatives in other
international markets.
管理和發(fā)展藍帶國際學院在中國的消費產(chǎn)品線的電子商務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,支持其他國際市場的相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展。
Main Duties 主要職責:
1.
Develop and
manage LCB’s E-Commerce strategy, delivering robust digital business plans that
will drive product sales, traffic, consumer engagement, conversion
and retention.
制定和管理藍帶國際學院的電子商務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,提供有效的電子商務(wù)方案,以推動產(chǎn)品銷售、流量、消費者參與率、銷售轉(zhuǎn)化率和客戶保留率。
2.
Develop and manage a strategy for
LCB’s own branded online stores.
制定和管理藍帶國際學院自有品牌產(chǎn)品的線上商店(城)的戰(zhàn)略。
3.
Develop and implement a affiliates strategy,
enabling the diversification and development of the distribution of Le Cordon
Bleu’s product line(s) through third-party online retailers.
制定并實施合作伙伴戰(zhàn)略,實現(xiàn)藍帶國際學院相關(guān)產(chǎn)品線分銷渠道的多樣化發(fā)展(通過第三方在線零售商)。
4.
Ensure the
ongoing delivery of content and assets requirements for LCB’s online e-Commerce
Stores (proprietary and on third party platforms) in coordination with in-house
logistics, procurement and inventory management.
協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部物流、采購和庫存管理,以持續(xù)提供藍帶國際學院線上商城(專有和第三方平臺)所需的內(nèi)容和產(chǎn)品要求。
5.
Gaining local consumer insight through
in-depth consumer data analysis and interpretation, resulting in product segmentation
and targeted communications to drive consumer engagement and long-term brand
loyalty.
通過深入的消費者數(shù)據(jù)分析和解讀,獲取對當?shù)叵M群體的洞察力,從而實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品細分和有針對性的溝通,以推動消費者參與度和長期品牌忠誠度。
6.
Contribute to the 3 year and annual
brand planning process, developing and implementing e-commerce and
e-communications strategy.
參與3年度和年度品牌規(guī)劃流程,制定和實施電子商務(wù)和電子傳訊戰(zhàn)略。
7.
Set performance benchmarks for all e-Commerce
activity and analyse and report results on a weekly and monthly basis which
will feed into strategy, planning,
and decision making.
為所有電子商務(wù)活動設(shè)定績效基準,每周和每月分析和報告結(jié)果,并將結(jié)果納入戰(zhàn)略、規(guī)劃和決策的制定過程。
8.
Plan, manage,
and analyse digital marketing spend for LCB’s e-Commerce efforts, investing in
high impact digital activities with proven ROI (PPC, SEO, Affiliate Marketing).
計劃和管理藍帶國際學院的電子商務(wù)工作,并分析數(shù)字營銷支出,投資于高影響力的數(shù)字業(yè)務(wù)活動,并證明投資回報率(PPC、SEO、關(guān)聯(lián)營銷)。
9.
Work closely
with the brand managers/team to ensure clarity and consistency of all brand
communications within LCB’s website.
與品牌經(jīng)理/團隊緊密合作,確保藍帶國際學院網(wǎng)站內(nèi)所有品牌傳播的清晰性和一致性。
10.
Research new E-commerce
functionalities, platforms and other related digital trends and suggest
relevant corporate strategies where appropriate.
研究新的電子商務(wù)功能、平臺和其他相關(guān)的數(shù)字業(yè)務(wù)趨勢,并酌情提出相關(guān)的公司戰(zhàn)略。
11.
To identify
and develop the skills for the Ecommerce field within the organisation, both
locally and globally, ensuring that business objectives are achieved enabling
each colleagues and stakeholders to realise their full potential.
在本地和全球范圍內(nèi)確定和發(fā)展組織內(nèi)電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的技能,確保實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)目標,使每個同事和利益相關(guān)者能夠充分發(fā)揮其潛力。
12.
To build
positive working relationships with direct reports, by providing strong
leadership and clear direction. Empowering direct reports through supportive
coaching and guidance, to take more responsibility for their own development,
and deciding the way in which they do their jobs.

13.
Carry out
from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required in addition to
the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.
