JOB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Collect market information through market research, associates, or other channels for marketing analysis and reports. Manage and update price pages and templates.

Perform other related tasks as required. Collaborate and support marketing activity.

This position reports to the Marketing Communications Manager.

OF TIME KEY TASKS

20% - 40% Marketing Analysis

Collect sales and marketing data through other departments, market research, Industry associates (like CITA), or other channels. Explore leads online with search technique. Generate market analysis report/proposal, sales report with in-depth analysis and input from related parties. Verify, track and manage leads in Crown 360 Sales through different marketing sources, channels and activities in a timely manner.

15% - 20% Price Page Template & Collateral Updates

Manage and update price page and quote template as needed with high attention to details.

15% - 25% Customer experience enhancement – online & offline

Constantly evaluate the most effective ways to deliver our messaging to the online users and identify online media that are best served to meet overall marketing objectives. Focus on customer and end-user engagement initiatives.

15% - 25% eCommerce channels management

Enhance communications with potential customer, increase online sales and close loops on targeted e-platforms. Develop creative and compelling campaign ideas to maximize engagement of different audiences and enhance sales.

5-10% Miscellaneous

Perform other duties as assigned. Support marketing activities. Backup for team members.

Minimum education /skills required

College degree.

Good computer, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are required.

Good data analysis skills are preferred.

Proficient in Chinese verbal and written communications.
