    英語(yǔ)SAP

    1. Purchasing
    activities execution under GSP


    ? Responsible for supplier licenses and qualification documents
    collection and verification strictly according to GSP and other applied regulations.


    ? Maintain material and supplier master data in SAP system.


    ? Create and maintain purchase order in SAP system.


    ? Follow up goods receipt and invoice receipt of purchase orders,
    make sure order completion on time in full. Communicate with logistics about
    new delivery date and adjust system orders if any shipment delay.


    ? Ensure all purchase information and supporting documents are
    qualified and saved in system and share folder as required, ensure all
    documents are completed and traceable.


    ? Support documents preparation for request from internal and
    external audit.


    ? Update purchasing related SOP&WI if necessary.


    2. Indirect purchasing
    activities execution


    ? As vendor master data owner, be responsible for 3rd party
    vendor master data collection and data maintenance in SAP system. Take lead for
    vendor master data validation and cleansing.


    ? Review and approve indirect purchase requisitions in Ariba to
    ensure supporting documents are compliant with sourcing policies.


    ? Conduct regular system and process training to internal
    stakeholders to ensure process compliance and operation efficiency.


    ? Follow up goods receipt and invoice receipt of purchase orders,
    communicate with internal stakeholders about open order progress. Manually
    close orders in Ariba if order still open even invoice receipt completes.


    ? Raise incidents to report issues occurring in SAP and Ariba,
    communicate with IT team to solve problems.


    ? Update China local purchasing SOP randomly to align global
    sourcing policy.


    3. Implement KPIs and
    improve operation efficiency


    ? Regularly analyze operation data, define and implement
    corrective actions.


    ? Support team’s daily work, provide data analysis and related
    report.


    ? Increase working efficiency with system harmonization and
    integration.
