1、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)*GBS team，確保固定資產(chǎn)原值入賬，折舊及處置符合中國(guó)及美國(guó)總部相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)政策

Responsible to coordinate with GBS to make
fixed assets acquisition, depreciation and disposal be in compliance with China
GAAP and US financial policy

2、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)各部門協(xié)調(diào)員進(jìn)行固定資產(chǎn)的實(shí)物管理和控制

Responsible to coordinate with each functional coordinator to physically manage fixed asset

a. 及時(shí)給固定資產(chǎn)編號(hào)

Timely label Fixed assets

b. 每年進(jìn)行固定資產(chǎn)的盤點(diǎn)

Conduct Fixed assets annual physical counting

3、負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)備固定資產(chǎn)處置清單及相關(guān)內(nèi)部審批文件或照片影像資料以備稅務(wù)列支審核或備案

assets disposal lists and related internal approval documents or audio/video
related evidence in order for audit or document required by CIT deductible
purposes

? 協(xié)助工廠項(xiàng)目管理

Support site projects managemen

1、負(fù)責(zé)審核和跟蹤固定資產(chǎn)投資eCIR

Responsible for eCIR review and tracking.

2、負(fù)責(zé)每月在CAPS系統(tǒng)中更新固定資產(chǎn)投資預(yù)測(cè)

Responsible for capital expenditure forecast update in CAPS.

3、負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤在建工程結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)為固定資產(chǎn)和協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理完成固定資產(chǎn)資本化表。

Responsible for AUC transferred to Fixed
assets and support project managers to complete capitalization form.

4、負(fù)責(zé)制作項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的財(cái)務(wù)憑證，包括項(xiàng)目資本支出預(yù)提和項(xiàng)目人員費(fèi)用資本化

Responsible for manual JV related to project including Capital Accrual, Labor cost capitalization etc.

5、負(fù)責(zé)審核和跟蹤項(xiàng)目的資本支出和費(fèi)用報(bào)表

Responsible for reviewing and tracking the capital spending and expense report for project.

6、熟悉了解總部固定資產(chǎn)管理和中國(guó)的相關(guān)政策以確保工廠相關(guān)程序符合要求

Knowledgeable of fixed assets related corporate and China policies to make site procedure in compliance

1、及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確完成工廠月度和年度與成本、庫(kù)存及固定資產(chǎn)相關(guān)的結(jié)賬

and yearly finance closing related to costing, inventory, and Fixed Assets.

2、負(fù)責(zé)解決或協(xié)調(diào)解決固定資產(chǎn)成本、庫(kù)存及固定資產(chǎn)結(jié)帳過程中出現(xiàn)的問題

Responsible to resolve or coordinate with
resolving any issues occurred during costing, inventory, and Fixed Assets
closing.

? 負(fù)責(zé)工廠和貿(mào)易公司庫(kù)存相關(guān)的會(huì)計(jì)工作

Responsible for inventory management related accounting work for plant
and LTC

1、定期抽盤工廠和貿(mào)易公司庫(kù)存并準(zhǔn)備盤點(diǎn)報(bào)告

Spot counting for plant and LTC’s inventory on regular basis and generate spot counting report

2、安排年度安永審計(jì)存貨抽盤工作

Responsible to arrange annual physical counting by E&Y auditors

3、負(fù)責(zé)準(zhǔn)備庫(kù)存損失報(bào)表及相關(guān)內(nèi)部審批文件或照片影像資料以備稅務(wù)列支審核或備案

Responsible to maintain and document
inventory losses lists and related internal approval documents or audio/video
related evidence in order for audit or document required by CIT deductible
purposes

? 協(xié)助工廠年度預(yù)算制定

Support for site annual business plan

? 其他財(cái)務(wù)部的項(xiàng)目和分析工作, 包括六西格瑪?shù)呢?cái)務(wù)分析工作

Other projects assigned and analysis work, including 6-sigma project.

? 相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)政策的更新

Related policy and procedure update.

? 遵守HSE各項(xiàng)管理流程，履行安全生產(chǎn)職責(zé)要求

Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfill the work safety responsibilities.

用人要求：

1、本科學(xué)歷，財(cái)會(huì)專業(yè)，3年+ 的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，固定資產(chǎn)管理或預(yù)算管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。外資企業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先

2、掌握excel等相關(guān)office軟件的使用，具有SAP經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

3、英文聽說讀寫流利
