Engineer (1 for metal category, 1 for ceramic category)
Responsibilities:
· Identify
manufacturing constraints such as industrialization times and investment in
tools in advance
· Provision
of the prototype product internally or in cooperation with an external supplier
· Ensure
that the engineering design is fit for purpose, achievable, and designed with
cost targets in mind
· Ensure
that the implementation of the product through manufacturing is fit for
purpose, use the optimal technology and meet sustainability requirements
· Produce
product documentation, data sheets, bills of materials, detailed assembly
plans, and product use and installation instructions.
· Use
a patent database both as a design guide, but also as a guide to verify the
freedom to operate of your products.
· Monitor
new technologies and product innovations.
Requirement:
Work Experience: At least 4 years of working experience in product
structure design & development. Bathroom products such as taps, toilet will
be an advantage

Industrial Knowledge:
· Familiar
with manufacturing process & tooling structure such as injection,
machining, casting and stamping
· Familiar
with surface treatment, plating, powder coating
· Familiar
with structure of PCBA layout for assembly with metal and plastic parts
Education: Bachelor's degree holder in engineering, product
development or equivalent
Language: Fluently written and spoken English and Mandarin
