Receive sites service request in Mandarin and English by way of hotline, email, CIP/other channel; record and dispatch WO(work order), by utilizing system
通過熱線電話,電子郵件及其他渠道接受中文普通話/英語等語言的現(xiàn)場客戶服務(wù)需求,通過工單系統(tǒng)記錄并發(fā)送工作工單
Track WO closure in system
Receive service request in Mandarin and English from hotline phone or other channels
接聽熱線電話或其他渠道的普通話或英語的服務(wù)需求
Receive training of Caiju helpdesk internal process and service standard; and be capable to deliver services at high quality and satisfaction
接受公司內(nèi)部流程及服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)培訓(xùn),并有能力提供高質(zhì)量及滿意的服務(wù).

任職要求:
1.大專及以上學(xué)歷,年齡45周歲以下;
2.有熟練的英語聽說讀寫能力,5年以上行政客服經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.熟練的電腦文檔處理工作技能,出色的報(bào)告能力;
4.具有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,較好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
