崗位職責(zé):
1. 向海外推廣和銷售公司產(chǎn)品,持續(xù)提升客戶滿意度;
2. 目標(biāo)重點(diǎn)海外市場開拓,以及現(xiàn)有海外代理商維護(hù),完成年度銷售指標(biāo);保證有效跟進(jìn)和日常維護(hù),持續(xù)提高業(yè)務(wù)成交率;
3. 負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)研、搜集、整理,包括市場信息、客戶信息、供應(yīng)商信息、合作伙伴信息等,并按公司要求,將有關(guān)信息進(jìn)行規(guī)范上報(bào);
4. 外貿(mào)定單在企業(yè)內(nèi)部計(jì)劃、生產(chǎn)、包裝、運(yùn)輸?shù)冗^程的操作和跟蹤,制作和辦理所需單據(jù);
5. 與企業(yè)內(nèi)相關(guān)部門的協(xié)調(diào)工作,按外貿(mào)要求傳遞相關(guān)客戶要求;
6. 遵守公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,負(fù)責(zé)各階段工作計(jì)劃的制定、執(zhí)行及總結(jié);
7. 規(guī)避國際貿(mào)易中可能發(fā)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn);
The Job Responsibilities:
1. Promoting and selling company products overseas, continuously improving customer satisfaction
2. Focus on overseas markets development and customer maintaining, complete annual sales targets; ensure effective follow-up and daily maintenance, and continuously increase the turnover rate of the business.
3. Responsible for research, collecting, organizing market information, customer information and supplier information, partners, etc., and report to the company according to requirements
4. Follow planning, production, packing, shipping of foreign orders, and prepare relevant documents
5. Coordinate and communicate with the relevant departments for customer requirements.
6. Comply with the rules and regulations of company, and responsible for the formulation, execution and summarization of each phase of the work plan.
7. Avoiding risks in international trade.
任職要求:
1. 具備3年以上外貿(mào)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),有專業(yè)舞臺燈光經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者相關(guān)行業(yè)者優(yōu)先;
2. 大專以上學(xué)歷,國際貿(mào)易、商務(wù)英語類等相關(guān)專業(yè);
3. 了解進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)流程,熟悉外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié);
4. 具備良好的英語聽說讀寫能力,熟練運(yùn)用各種辦公軟件;
5. 具備較好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)及執(zhí)行能力,工作踏實(shí)認(rèn)真、應(yīng)對快捷敏銳。
The Requirements:
1. More than 3 years’ experience in foreign trade, professional stage lighting experience or related industry will be preferred.
2. Full-time university bachelor or above, majoring merchandising or relevant background.
3. Well know of import and export business process
4. Fluency in spoken and written English, familiar with all kinds of office software
5. Good communication, coordination and execution ability
