Job overview:
The role is responsible for digital marketing with driving integrated initiatives across different digital channels, he/she takes charge of digital channels and provide strong business partnership to related stakeholders with continuously driving digital marketing annual planning & execution, digital brand building, consumer digital engagement etc. in ecosystem with close partnership by fully leveraging digital force to support brand building and business growth.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement annual digital marketing plan and calendar to support and grow O2O business to meet/exceed business objectives.
2.Leverage digital channels and resources to drive brand equity, awareness through SEO (search engine optimization).
3.Manage social media operations with positioning, content allocation, tonality control etc to spread/amplify the voice of V brand and its products, and recruit customers/fans.
4.Develop and execute digital campaign on consumer/customer engagement and reactivation, amplify brand equity and products advantages to achieve successful selling- in/out recommendation and conversation.
5.Effective digital platform management with continuous efforts on brand communication and education. Digital effectiveness report and ROI analysis presenting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in communications, marketing, multimedia, E-commerce related discipline.
- At least 7 years of digital marketing experience, including SEM, SEO, website, SCRM, and digital advertising.
- Proven digital operational experience and track record of success.
- Proven experience in launching and managing digital products / platforms.
- Passionate and savvy in brand building, digital world and Ecosystem building.
- Innovation and able to come up with creative solutions.
- Negotiation and partner management skills.
- Self-motivated, results driven, strong learning agility and attention to details.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Good English and Chinese both in oral and written
