The Key Account Manager is required to work closely with ACM OEM key account and provide qualities and innovative strategies in automotive key accounts business for business development.
The prime responsibility of the role is to implement company’s strategy as it applies to Industrial Valvoline automotive product and related services to assigned key accounts in aftermarket.
The key account manager will be responsible for implementing segment strategies in the targeted accounts, create new business opportunities and transfer other OEM best practices. He/she is also responsible for networking with the OEM key account and their dealers in the channel.
Responsibilities:
1.Build and present value propositions for target OEM customer.
2.Responsibility for building share of wallet within these auto accounts and their dealer shop network.
3.Deepen existing and develop new relationships with the influencers in the Auto customers business to optimize company’s proposition.
4.To develop and maintain a significant awareness of the aftermarket space, the key accounts position in that space and marketing / technology developments in that space which may impact upon the relevant business development.
5.Secure alignment with and offer support to Auto OEM Accounts and dealer shop to present and support a strategic offer to the account.
6.Overall responsibility to engagement of the business development strategy within the assigned Auto key accounts.
2.More than 8 years of working experience in auto related industry, managerial experience is preferable.
Demonstrated good experience of sales and commercial related field, experience in lubricant oil industry or aftermarket is preferable.
3. Good English and Mandarin
Attention to detail, good communication skills and teamwork, and capable of working under pressure. Must have high sense of integrity and responsibility.
Skillful in MS office.
