Job description:
1、Greets employees and visitors at the front desk.
2、Update and professionally present concierge style information about the workplace, building and surroundings to be able to support the needs of our customers
3、Check in and out Guests using the systems and tools provided and coordinating building access cards for visiting employees.
4、Support a multitude of varying types of on-site events, with tasks such as coordinating event venue set up and catering, pre-registration, and printing of guest badges.
5、Support the Facilities teams with related ad-hoc tasks for example: extending aircon requests for events, preparing customer facing signage and coordinating desk allocations.
6、Supporting the team in providing information/data for reports."
Skills and experience :
1、Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.
2、Have a positive attitude and strong sense of urgency in resolving any issues that may arise
3、Recent experience in client facing or customer service positions.
4、Influence English communication."
