CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé):
· To respond to customer enquiries and requests (via telephone and email
communications) in a timely manner. 及時回復(fù)客戶的詢問和要求(通過電話、傳真和電子郵件)。
· To follow up with related production departments to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers. 跟進(jìn)相關(guān)職能部門,確保訂單按客戶要求進(jìn)行接收和處理。
· To follow up and clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance. 跟進(jìn)并清理積壓訂單/貨物,以提高交貨性能。
· To clarify problems with customers in relation to slow payment/disputes. 澄清與客戶有關(guān)緩慢付款/爭議的問題。
職位要求:
· At least 2 years of related experience. 至少2年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
· Proficient in English communication; computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc). 英語溝通和電腦操作(Windows,MS Office等)
· Customer and result oriented, can work under pressure. 以客戶和結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向,能承受工作壓力。
· Quick and careful learner can work efficiently and effectively. 學(xué)習(xí)速度快,細(xì)心,工作效率高。
