職位描述
沖壓工藝
崗位職責(zé)：
1 報(bào)價階段模具分析, 成型仿真，模具工藝方案，評估設(shè)備能力.
Responsible for mold analysis in quotation stage, forming analysis and review supplier mold process plan，assess equipment capability.
2 項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段制定模具及設(shè)備的技術(shù)協(xié)議.
Responsible for mold and equipment technical specification.
3 項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段的模具及設(shè)備開發(fā)與模具工藝評審，模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)評審.
Responsible for mold and equipment development and mold process review in the development stage, die design reivew.
4 項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段設(shè)備及模具調(diào)試，針對模具、設(shè)備等問題，制定整改方案，針對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題提成制定模具及設(shè)備整改方案,及進(jìn)度跟進(jìn)。
Follow up the equipment and tooling debugging in the development phase, tooling changing proposal, develop the mold and equipment rectification plan according to the product quality problem, and follow up the progress..
5 項(xiàng)目開發(fā)階段移模之后的問題點(diǎn)制定整改及優(yōu)化方案，直至問題最終關(guān)閉，及進(jìn)度跟進(jìn)
Assist in the progress and problem improvement of the development phase after moving the mold, until the problem closed, and follow up the progress.
6 負(fù)責(zé)制作模具及設(shè)備的驗(yàn)收文件，及預(yù)驗(yàn)收工作。
Responsible for compiling the acceptance documents of mould and equipment, and pre-acceptance
7 負(fù)責(zé)與供應(yīng)商溝通技術(shù)方案
Communicate technical proposal with supplier
8 負(fù)責(zé)與德國溝通技術(shù)問題
Communicate technical issues with Germany
9 負(fù)責(zé)與客戶的技術(shù)交流
Communicate with customer regarding the technical
10 具備針對模具的疑難問題指定相應(yīng)的方案；
Capability of solving the critical problem of the stamping tooling.
11 負(fù)責(zé)模具團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、績效考核與安全管理；
Responsible for the tooling group build up, KPI and EHS management
12 上級主管交辦任務(wù)

任職要求：
1、理工科專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷，10年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2、 Good knowledge and experience of Die, 對模具熟悉并且富有經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、 Good understanding of GD&T.，熟練掌握 GD&T；
4、Capable of using Autoforming,Auto CAD, Catia, UG, Autoform and office software to make report, presentation and so on.
能夠使用常規(guī)工具軟件如Autoforming Autocad、Catia、UG、Autoform及 Office 軟件；
5、Better have BIW Surface part tooling design and quality loop experience
最好具備白車身外覆蓋件的模具設(shè)計(jì)及質(zhì)量提升經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
6、English communication skills both speaking and writing.
具備一定的英語溝通能力；
7、 Businees trip acceptabale
接受不定期的出差
