Job Responsibility
1、 Assist the President of the sales department in formulating global marketing strategic plan, annual business plan and breakdown of work objectives in each phase
2、 Assist the President of the sales department to manage all functional departments, assist in dealing with the relationship between various departments, especially the handling of important matters between business departments, when necessary, can convene separate business communication meetings or work coordination meetings
3、Assist the president of the sales department to participate in major business decisions and business negotiations, and assist in major emergencies
4、 Assist the president of the sales department in resource integration, tracking and negotiation of strategic customers, establishing business models and cooperation mechanisms
5、Participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking and financial risk control of major investment projects and business activities of global business external
6、Participate in company management meetings, make rational suggestions and promote the improvement of the internal and external business environment of the company
7、Through marketing planning, explore market opportunities, assist the president of the sales department to formulate the company's business objectives and business plans, and achieve rapid growth of the company's business objectives
8、 Track the achievement of business objectives of each business unit and provide analysis and suggestions for improvement
9、Provide solutions to the president of the sales department in the areas of company business plan, sales strategy, investment operation, etc.
10、 Develop human resource recruitment plan and personnel development plan according to the global business development
11、 Responsible for the construction and propagation of the organizational culture of the global marketing center, unifying ideas to stimulate organizational vitality
12、 Write and follow up on important global sales meetings, seminars, etc.
13、Maintain good relationships with government and customers.
Job Qualification:
1、Comprehensive knowledge of marketing, market development, business negotiation, personnel administration, team management, etc.
2、Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English, excellent writing skills, overseas working experience is preferred
3、More than five years of senior management experience or assistant general manager experience
4、Strong execution, communication and coordination skills and overall control ability, excellent business judgment and keen business acumen
5、Strong language and writing skills
