Job Responsibilities工作職責:

1. Be responsible for preparing commercial issues including cession margin, Proto & miscellaneous billing and invoicing related.

2. Be prepared the fixed cost report periodically and providing to management with analysis and explanations

3. Be responsible for quality/claim expenses and accrual follow-up

4. Be responsible for capex related, including validation, recognition, booking and management.

5. Be responsible for balance sheet review and follow-up.

6. Be responsible for preparing annual budget plan and periodic forecast for operating activities.

7. Participate in cycle counts and annual counts, as directed. Provide reasons for inventory variations/adjustments on a regular basis.

8. Be responsible for Inventory Provisions, as per corporate policy

9. Work with FSSC Finance team to meet month end and year end closing requirements.

10. Ensure business and reporting complies at all the times with Operating Policies and Internal Control.

11. Supporting and assistant work related WCM.

EHS

1. Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures
/rules.

2. Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements.

接受EHS 培訓，參與公司內部的EHS活動, 并宣傳EHS的要求。

3. Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline.

及時匯報各類工傷、環(huán)保、職業(yè)健康事故、事故隱患和不安全行為/環(huán)境，參與事故調查，按時落實改進措施。

WCM Skill

1. Understand the Basic concept of Loss and able to use 5 Level KPI management to manage the KPI

2. Able to apply or coach other people to use Basic Problem Solving tools,
such as 5WHY, 5W1H, and specific loss related route to eliminate the loss in
daily work

3. Able to apply or coach other people to use performance control system’s
methodology to sustain the result

ISMS

1. 能夠識別本部門信息安全資產，并確定重要信息資產；

2. 協(xié)助本部門確定敏感崗位及敏感區(qū)域；

3. 按照信息安全管理體系要求，做好財務工作的信息安全防護

4. 負責企業(yè)固定資產的管理；

5. 配合相關部門做好部門信息安全工作；
