崗位職責(zé)：

1.Formulate the business objectives and work plan of the air freight department in China to ensure the completion of the department's tasks and indicators based on the Group's strategic direction and annual business objectives；

根據(jù)集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略方向及年度經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)，制定中國(guó)區(qū)空運(yùn)部經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)和工作計(jì)劃，確保本部門各項(xiàng)任務(wù)指標(biāo)的完成；

2.Responsible for the supervision, management and development of the daily work of the air freight department, analyzing and reporting the operation data every month, identifying problems and proposing executable solutions；

負(fù)責(zé)空運(yùn)部日常工作的監(jiān)督、管理及發(fā)展，每月對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，上報(bào)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及提出可執(zhí)行性解決方案；

3.Responsible for the improvement and optimization of workflow, leading the team to improve work efficiency, ensure work quality, and improve the performance appraisal system；

負(fù)責(zé)工作流程的改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)提高工作效率，保證工作質(zhì)量，完善績(jī)效考核制度；

4.Establishing a quality customer management service system, establishing good relationships with overseas branches, customers and agents, etc., and maintaining orderly daily work and long-term stable cooperation;

5.Responsible for organizing the reasonable division of labor and deployment of employees in the department and doing a good job in team building and talent echelon training；

6.Responsible for internal training to enhance the work skills of employees, with the company to complete all kinds of training for employees；

任職資格：

1. More than 8 years of experience in international logistics industry, or raduated from logistics related majors.

8年以上國(guó)際物流行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，或者和物流相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)；

2. Understanding of air freight business, familiar with international engineering project logistics is preferred.

了解空運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)，熟悉國(guó)際工程項(xiàng)目物流優(yōu)先；

3. Familiar with the international import and export freight operation process, shipping process and key nodes；

熟悉國(guó)際進(jìn)出口貨運(yùn)操作流程、空運(yùn)流程和關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)；

4. Good communication skill and adaptability, Team spirit and self-motivation；

具有良好的溝通技巧和適應(yīng)能力，具有較好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和自我激勵(lì)能力；

5. Fluent English both in reading and writing, good oral English will be a plus；

英語(yǔ)讀寫流利，有良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力優(yōu)先；

6. Good Command of Microsoft Office.
