崗位職責(zé)：

1.Formulate the business objectives and work plan of the air freight department in China to ensure the completion of the department's tasks and indicators based on the Group's strategic direction and annual business objectives；

根據(jù)集團戰(zhàn)略方向及年度經(jīng)營目標，制定中國區(qū)空運部經(jīng)營目標和工作計劃，確保本部門各項任務(wù)指標的完成；

2.Responsible for the supervision, management and development of the daily work of the air freight department, analyzing and reporting the operation data every month, identifying problems and proposing executable solutions；

負責(zé)空運部日常工作的監(jiān)督、管理及發(fā)展，每月對營運數(shù)據(jù)進行分析，上報，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及提出可執(zhí)行性解決方案；

3.Responsible for the improvement and optimization of workflow, leading the team to improve work efficiency, ensure work quality, and improve the performance appraisal system；

負責(zé)工作流程的改進和優(yōu)化，帶領(lǐng)團隊提高工作效率，保證工作質(zhì)量，完善績效考核制度；

4.Establishing a quality customer management service system, establishing good relationships with overseas branches, customers and agents, etc., and maintaining orderly daily work and long-term stable cooperation;

建立優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶管理服務(wù)體系，與海外分公司、客戶和代理等建立良好關(guān)系，保持日常工作有序進行和長期穩(wěn)定合作；

5.Responsible for organizing the reasonable division of labor and deployment of employees in the department and doing a good job in team building and talent echelon training；

負責(zé)組織好本部門員工的合理分工和調(diào)配，做好團隊建設(shè)和人才梯隊培養(yǎng)工作；

6.Responsible for internal training to enhance the work skills of employees, with the company to complete all kinds of training for employees；

負責(zé)部門內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)提升員工工作技能，配合公司完成對員工的各類培訓(xùn)；7.Complete other tasks assigned by leader.

任職資格：

1. More than 8 years of experience in international logistics industry, or raduated from logistics related majors.

8年以上國際物流行業(yè)經(jīng)驗，或者和物流相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)；

2. Understanding of air freight business, familiar with international engineering project logistics is preferred.

了解空運業(yè)務(wù)，熟悉國際工程項目物流優(yōu)先；

3. Familiar with the international import and export freight operation process, shipping process and key nodes；

熟悉國際進出口貨運操作流程、空運流程和關(guān)鍵節(jié)點；

4. Good communication skill and adaptability, Team spirit and self-motivation；

具有良好的溝通技巧和適應(yīng)能力，具有較好的團隊精神和自我激勵能力；

5. Fluent English both in reading and writing, good oral English will be a plus；

英語讀寫流利，有良好的英語口語能力優(yōu)先；

6. Good Command of Microsoft Office.

熟練電腦操作及office辦公軟件。
