實習證明綠色建筑咨詢服務(wù)機電暖通LEED

Responsibilities

崗位職責描述：

· Support at daily Energy and MEP Design work, e.g. development of energy concepts or room climate concepts,MEP schematic design & drawing

· 協(xié)助日常的能源和MEP的設(shè)計工作，例如發(fā)展能源概念或者室內(nèi)氣候概念，機電方案設(shè)計和繪圖

· Support on green building projects, e.g., LEED, DGNB, WELL certification, Life-Cycle-Assessment

· 為綠色建筑項目提供幫助，例如，LEED，DGNB，WELL認證，生命周期評估

· Support on energy auditing and optimization project

· 協(xié)助能源審計和能耗優(yōu)化項目

· If necessary, be involved part-time on construction sites

· 如必要時，可參與施工現(xiàn)場工作

· Communication with German and Chinese project partners

· 與德國和中國的項目伙伴進行溝通

· Participation in marketing and business development activities

· 參與市場和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展活動

Requirements

任職要求：

· Bachelor / Master study in MEP engineering/ energy/ built environment technology, or similar majors

· 本科/碩士學(xué)位，機電工程/能源/建筑環(huán)境技術(shù)，或相關(guān)專業(yè)

· Focus or interest in Sustainability / Energy Efficiency / MEP Design

· 對可持續(xù)/能源效益/MEP設(shè)計感興趣

· Good EDP (Electronic Data Processing) skills, such as AutoCAD, MS office. Knowledge in Revit, Rhino, IES, etc. would be beneficial

· 良好的電子數(shù)據(jù)處理能力，比如AutoCAD，MS office。具有Revit、Rhino、IES等方面的知識更佳

· Fluent in Chinese and English (written and oral) is required, German language knowledge would be beneficial

· 流利的中英文（書寫和口語），會德語者更佳

The internship should have a duration of min. 3 months, better 6 months.

實習時間最少要3個月起，6個月最佳。每周4-5天。
