This position should also ensure that IT platform has strong performance and high availability to support manufacturing system as a fundamental backbone.

IT infrastructure engineer will be working in a fast-pace environment driving
performance and reliability from specific IT architectures which requiring an
IT degree, including, but not limited to:

1. 在ISA-95基礎(chǔ)上管理可在24x7x365多數(shù)據(jù)中心環(huán)境下運(yùn)行的日常IT基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)的狀況。

Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure based on ISA-95 in a highly available 24x7x365 multi-data center environment.

2. 管理服務(wù)器硬件和虛擬化環(huán)境，確保它們的穩(wěn)定性和性能

Manage server hardware and virtualization environments to ensure their stability and performance.

3. 掌握網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)知識，可以作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程師的后備

Manage network related knowledge, could be the network engineer’s backup.

4. 為復(fù)雜應(yīng)用和系統(tǒng)的交互檢測故障原因以快速解決在線及支持系統(tǒng)的問題

Troubleshoot complex application and system interactions to quickly resolve live-site and supportive system incidents

5. 為用戶和其他IT團(tuán)隊提供技術(shù)支持，解決他們的問題和需求。

Provide technical support to users and other IT teams, addressing their issues and needs.

6. 遵守HSE各項管理流程，履行安全生產(chǎn)職責(zé)要求。

Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfill the work safety responsibilities.

基本要求：寫明與工作相關(guān)，履行此崗位基本職能所必需的資質(zhì)要求，包括：教育/執(zhí)業(yè)資格/證書，相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，技術(shù)和/或其他工作相關(guān)技能（操作技能，外語，計算機(jī)等）。

IT/industry experience and solid technical background in a hosted services environment including infrastructure networks, hardware, software and telecommunications.

Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to ITIL basis

3. 遵守HSE程序，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有不合適之處，及時與HSE溝通

Follow all HSE procedures, immediately highlight when not applicable or not updated.

4. 及時匯報身邊的不安全行為和不安全狀態(tài)

Highlight all at risk conditions and behaviour found.

Proactively find opportunities to be involved in HSE initiatives among the team or in site HSE
