施耐德PLC編程自動(dòng)化設(shè)備
We are seeking a motivated and skilled PLC Programmer with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on programming and troubleshooting Schneider Controller Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The ideal candidate is eager to accept challenges and further their career in industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and program Schneider Controller series PLCs for various automation projects.
2.Configure, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement control system requirements.
4.Conduct system diagnostics and modify existing programs to optimize performance.
5.Provide technical support and solutions for ongoing PLC-related issues.
6.Document programming and system changes for future reference.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
1.2+ years of experience working with PLC programming, preferably with Schneider controller.
2.Proficient in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
3.Familiarity with industrial automation processes and control systems
4.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&ID, and other technical drawings.
5.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6.Understanding of communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, CANopen, Ethernet/IP).
7.Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems is a plus.
8.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
9.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
10.Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
11. Familiar with HVAC system is preferred.
12. Be able to design and code for UI in HMI.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, or a related field.
2.Experience with other PLC systems or automation platforms is a plus.
3.English as working language is preferred.
