    主要工作職責(zé):公司內(nèi)部行政管理,主要包含:Role:

    主要工作內(nèi)容:

    1. Shuttle bus management: including daily bus operation, service quality, and bus safety management; Including daily inspections, communication with the shuttle committee, monthly shuttle service and safety management meetings, optimization of shuttle routes and cost savings, etc.

    2. Manage outsourced security and cleaning services, supervise daily work; Communicate with the team leader on outsourcing service work every month to ensure that the work is carried out in an orderly manner.

    3.Daily management of work meals, establishment of a partnership committee, regular collection of employee satisfaction feedback, ensuring orderly management of work meals.

    11.Assist the HR department and union in arranging important company events, such as Annual Dinner, Kick off meetings, etc

    12.Assist Shanghai Commerce in stamping the bidding and tendering business of Suzhou factory

    13. Support for employee welfare activities of the union

    14. Responsible for customer visits to exhibition halls, reception, and explanations

    任職資格:

    1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English, administrative management, or related fields

    2.At least 3-5 years of administrative related work experience

    3.Good communication and coordination skills, both in spoken and written Chinese and English

    4.Proficient in using office software

    5. Good time management skills and reasonable allocation of work priorities.

    6.Good teamwork spirit.
