Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced student recruitment expert.
Info:
1. Location: Shanghai, China
2. Position begins ASAP
3. Schedule: five days per week, 40 total work hours per week
4. Compensation: 10,000rmb-15,000 base salary plus commission
Responsibilities:
· 1.Represents Oogie Art to targeted constituencies: schools, business partners, students and their families.
· 2.Visit schools, agencies, and educational companies to develop relationships and lay groundwork for formation of partnerships.
· 3.Meet with school counselors, administrators and/or other constituent groups to promote outreach activities and as required to assist other recruiters.
· 4.Communicate and tailor messages effectively of Oogie Art program details and benefits with prospective students and their families.
· 5.Develop marketing strategies and schedules and coordinates with colleagues, partners, schools, media, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.
· 6.Develops sales strategies and approaches for various programs, such as special promotions, workshops, exhibitions, seminars, etc.
· 7.Maintains excellent relationships with student families and partners.
· 8.Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
· 9.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· 1. Bachelor's degree or above
· 2. US/UK/Canada education background strongly preferred
· 3.At least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
· 4.Knowledge of art college admissions or study abroad industry preferred.
· 5.Bilingual; fluent in Chinese and English
