3.deal with questions between supplier to uk office 處理所有的事情關(guān)于工廠和英國總公司
4..Liaise with suppliers regarding confirmation of completion of goods 跟供應(yīng)商溝通貨物完成情況。
5.in put new order to SAP ,keep customer inform about order progress.SAP 系統(tǒng)下單, 并和客戶保持聯(lián)系溝通。
6.Liaise and interact with the China office 需要有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,跟同事之間相互合作
7.Liaise and interact with the UK office (in English) 也需要跟英國辦公室同事相互合作(溝通需用英語)
8.Use MS Outlook for email and MS Excel for order and shipment tracking 會用OUTLOOK 郵箱,EXCEL 等用來跟進(jìn)訂單情況和貨物出運(yùn)情況。
