Senior BD Manager leads the business development and supports the sales
and engineering activities for all Mubea products. The focused promotion of
Mubea’s innovative technologies, the identification of key OEM’s, the
development of a sustainable customer network, especially customer’s high-level managers are main responsibilities for the job holder. He/she identifies the
key player in the customer organizations and supports Division engineering and
sales team. Further responsibilities are:
1. Mubea products market development with respect to Mubea production strategy for local OEM’s, NEV. Startups and JV of western OEM’s.
2. Identify the key player in the customer organizations and supports the divisions with sales and engineering activities and organize the high-level manager Meeting.
3. Personally face-to-face customer visits to generate business, participation on relevant customers evens.
4. Keep long term customer satisfaction and attract customer’s loyalty.
5. Support Divisions to achieve the Order Intake targets Development, break through the business block and implementation the sales plans required to achieve budgeted sales in close collaboration with Divisions.
6. Customer strategy review, Market monitoring and competitors’ analysis.
7. Reports and analyzes progress in achieving the development and sales goals.
