? Operating the telephone system – processing and forwarding enquiries
? Guest service – processing enquiries, fulfilling requests
? Posting services to guest accounts and cash management
? Creating credit notes and invoices
職位要求:
? Completed training in the hospitality industry in the upscale hotel sector
? Initial professional experience at the front office in a similar establishment is an advantage
? Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Knowledge of hotel management and reservation software is an advantage
? Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English; knowledge of another foreign language an advantage
? Team spirit, flexibility and a professional and confident manner when dealing with our customers and guests round off your profile
