Job Scope This position is responsible for collecting and refining business requirements with an aim to formulate and deliver high quality solutions for the requirements in scope for this sub- workstream. Responsibilities will include verifying and vaiidating IT system deliverables and conducting project tracking; and working collaboratively with the project manager and business users during the project lifecycle to ensure high quality of deliverables, services and project performance within defined scope, schedule and budget. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE ? University degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent ? Minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience in business analysis or systems analysis, design, software development and support experience. ? Experience in business requirement gathering ? Experience in IT budgeting process and project status reporting ? Professional programme management certification (e.g. Project Management Professional or Prince2) is preferable ? Proficiency in different Product analysis tools ? Willingness to embrace new ideas and learn continuously with a positive attitude. ? A result-oriented and seif-motivated mind-set; ability of multi-tasking ? Ability to communicate at all levels within organisation (IT teams, business users) and external vendors. ? Strong ability in problem troubleshooting and diagnosis. ? Proficiency in writing, presentation and communication skills ? Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese ? Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager TECHNICAL SKILLS ? Experience using Jira, Confluence, and other software development and documentation tools used in DevOps. ? Knowledge in business case writing, business workshop facilitation, processing mapping, customer experience & journey or change management. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel. ? Knowledge in business intelligence, data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Power Bl, etc.) is an advantage.
