崗位職責(zé)：

1、 業(yè)務(wù)團隊組建、管理、優(yōu)化，培訓(xùn)新員工、建立新老員工師徒體系；

4、 對部門應(yīng)收賬款負責(zé)，監(jiān)督對口客戶的付款情況，做好收款工作，杜絕呆滯賬款或者壞賬；

5、 協(xié)助管理層制定銷售戰(zhàn)略、銷售目標(biāo)、銷售模式、銷售預(yù)算；

6、 編制年度預(yù)算和月度管理報告，負責(zé)年度、月度業(yè)績目標(biāo)的分解追蹤和分析管理等，確保業(yè)績及各指標(biāo)的達成；

7、 完善優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)部門業(yè)務(wù)流程，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出解決方案；

8、 完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作；

任職要求：

1、五年以上國際貨代從業(yè)經(jīng)驗及三年以上銷售團隊管理經(jīng)驗；

2、具有豐富的客戶資源和客戶關(guān)系，業(yè)績優(yōu)秀；

3、具有良好的商業(yè)意識，具有開發(fā)新市場的能力，良好的人際交往能力；

4、具有較強的市場分析、營銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，問題的分析和解決能力；

5、能獨立帶領(lǐng)團隊拓展業(yè)務(wù)，銷售規(guī)劃、團隊管理思路清晰，且經(jīng)驗豐富；
