崗位職責: 1、擬定廈門區(qū)域年度和月度銷售計劃及市場操作方案,并上報總公司批準后實施。 2、根據(jù)集團戰(zhàn)略和年度經(jīng)營計劃,帶領(lǐng)團隊達成分公司整體經(jīng)營目標。 3、建設(shè)廈門物流供應(yīng)鏈資源,開拓新航線和市場,推廣資源并建立供應(yīng)商關(guān)系。 4、梳理和優(yōu)化分公司業(yè)務(wù)流程,提升與總部的協(xié)同效率。 5、負責團隊知識培訓(xùn)、業(yè)務(wù)能力提升,以及人員安排、日常管理和風險控制。 6、定期審核本區(qū)域各類經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù)和報表,按時反饋給財務(wù)、流程管理、市場和人力等相關(guān)部門。 7、完成上級交辦的其他工作。 任職要求: 1、具有5年以上大型物流公司中高級管理層從業(yè)經(jīng)驗,3年以上全面管理經(jīng)驗。 2、熟悉國際物流、進出口報關(guān)等法律法規(guī)及相關(guān)政策。 3、具備出色的發(fā)展規(guī)劃能力、團隊管理能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。 4、正直、團結(jié)、精進,具備強烈的團隊協(xié)作精神。 5、擁有客戶資源,綜合素質(zhì)高。 Job Responsibilities: 1.Prepare annual and monthly sales plan and market operation plan for Xiamen region, and submit it to the head office for approval and implementation. 2.Lead the team to achieve the overall business objectives of the branch according to the group strategy and annual business plan. 3.Build Xiamen logistics supply chain resources, develop new routes and markets, promote resources and establish supplier relationships. 4.Sort out and optimize the business process of the branch to improve the efficiency of synergy with the head office. 5.Responsible for team knowledge training, business ability improvement, as well as staff arrangement, daily management and risk control. 6.Regularly review all kinds of operational data and reports in the region, and provide timely feedback to relevant departments such as finance, process management, marketing and human resources. 7.Perform other duties as assigned by the head office. Job Requirements: 1.Have more than 5 years of middle and senior management experience in a large logistics company, and more than 3 years of overall management experience. 2.amiliar with international logistics, import and export customs clearance laws and regulations and related policies. 3.Excellent development planning, team management, coordination and leadership skills. 4.Integrity, unity and sophistication, with strong team spirit. 5.Have customer resources and high overall quality.
