• Safety standards
  and systems: Responsible for organizing and defining the
  internal safety policies and standards and maintaining consistency with the
  group and national safety policies and standards. Supervise and ensure the
  company's safety system running on right way (such as ISO45001).

supervision and inspection: Organize various safety
inspections (such as daily inspections, regular inspections, seasonal
inspections, and special inspections). Conduct safety inspection and
supervision on employees and subcontractors by using tools such as safety visit
and Gemba walk.

ü Use
and training of main safety tools: Organize training on safety visit, risk
assessment, safety meetings, Gemba Walk, etc., support and supervise the use of
safety tools.

ü 主要安全工具的使用和培訓(xùn)：組織開展安全訪問(wèn)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、安全小會(huì)、Gemba

ü Daily
training: Organize safety trainings, such as safety training for newcomers,
employees, suppliers, subcontractors, visitors, etc.

ü 日常培訓(xùn)：組織開展安全教育培訓(xùn)，如新、老員工安全培訓(xùn)，供應(yīng)商、分包商、訪客等安全培訓(xùn)。

• Push to reduce safety
  risks: Guide and assist all departments in
  using risk assessment, CIT and other tools to identify, rectify safety risks,
  and track the progress.


• 推動(dòng)降低安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的改進(jìn)：指導(dǎo)協(xié)助各部門運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、CIT等工具推動(dòng)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、安全隱患整改，并跟蹤整改進(jìn)度。


• Safety
  emergency plan management: Organize
  and define safety emergency plans and organize
  emergency drills regularly.


• 安全應(yīng)急預(yù)案管理：組織制訂安全應(yīng)急預(yù)案并定期組織應(yīng)急預(yù)案演練。


• Special operation
  management: Approve and supervise the execution of permits for
  special operation, such as hot work, excavation, work at high, confined
  space, etc.


• 特殊作業(yè)管理：對(duì)特殊作業(yè)的許可進(jìn)行審批并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行，如動(dòng)火、動(dòng)土、登高、受限空間作業(yè)等。


• Accident
  investigation: Organize the investigation of safety
  accidents, use tools such as 5why and 8D to do the deep analysis, track
  and supervise the implementation of improvement measures, and form a
  closed-loop management.


• 事故調(diào)查：組織安全事故的調(diào)查，運(yùn)用5why，8D等工具對(duì)安全事故進(jìn)行深入分析，并跟蹤監(jiān)督落實(shí)改進(jìn)措施，形成閉環(huán)管理。


• Data management
  and information communication: Summarize, arrange,
  and analyze all kinds of safety data (such as
  safety mini-meetings, safety visits, near misses, Gemba walks, etc.),
  prepare safety weekly, monthly and annual reports, etc., and communicate
  safety information on group platforms (such as CR360, Cority) and
  government platforms as required.


• 資料整理與信息溝通：各類安全資料的匯總、整理、分析（如安全小會(huì)、安全訪問(wèn)、未遂事件、安全巡查等），編制安全周報(bào)表、月報(bào)表、年報(bào)表等，按要求在公司平臺(tái)（如CR360，Cority）及政府平臺(tái)上溝通安全信息等。


• Other
  responsibilities: Cooperate
  with government, group, third-party (such as CQC, FM, KPMG) for audits and
  training.


• 其他職責(zé)：配合政府部門、集團(tuán)公司、第三方公司（如CQC，F(xiàn)M，KPMG）等的審核與培訓(xùn)。
