POSITION OVERVIEW職位概述

As new project team leader, you need to lead and complete new projects into final production run on time, on cost budget and meeting quality requirements.

作為客戶新項(xiàng)目的主要牽頭人，需要準(zhǔn)時(shí)、在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)、高品質(zhì)地完成客戶的新項(xiàng)目的投產(chǎn)運(yùn)行。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責(zé)描述：

Responsible for organizing and leading design, development, test, verification and mass production, ensuring accurate delivery of high quality product to the customer on schedule, on budget and to quality requirements;

負(fù)責(zé)依照APQP的流程組織設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、驗(yàn)證、實(shí)驗(yàn)及可能涉及到的量產(chǎn)階段， 確保交付給客戶的是按時(shí)、按量、預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)的高品質(zhì)產(chǎn)品；

Responsible for project cost management (such as tooling, investment, product price, financial target), meeting quality requirements, project running on schedule, meeting customer satisfaction, arranging small batch production etc.

負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的成本管理（例如模具，資產(chǎn)投資，產(chǎn)品價(jià)格，財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)等），質(zhì)量，時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)，客戶滿意度，安排小批量生產(chǎn)等活動(dòng)；

Responsible for management of all phases of a project, such as preliminary design, soft mold prototype, design drawing until official mass production;

從項(xiàng)目初步概念設(shè)計(jì)，軟模樣件，設(shè)計(jì)圖紙，一直到正式量產(chǎn)各個(gè)階段的管理；

Formulate project development plan, identify project team member, apply for project development appropriation request, organize project kick-off meeting and regular project meetings, communicate customer’s requirements to the company and report the progress of project development to the customer;

制定項(xiàng)目開發(fā)計(jì)劃、確定項(xiàng)目小組成員、申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)撥款申請(qǐng)書、組織召開項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)會(huì)議以及定期召開項(xiàng)目會(huì)議，及時(shí)傳遞客戶要求和向客戶匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)展情況；

Regularly organize project team members to open project review meetings to discuss project development progress and issues that arise. Formulate, compile and update Project Management Template;

定期對(duì)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)進(jìn)度、問題點(diǎn)組織項(xiàng)目小組人員召開項(xiàng)目評(píng)審會(huì)議，編制、匯總、更新項(xiàng)目管理報(bào)告；

Formulate, compile, update and summarize PEP management system documents during all phases in the process of project development, keeping all files;

項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過程中編制、更新、匯總、總結(jié)每個(gè)階段的PEP管理系統(tǒng)文件并存檔；

Responsible for compilation LRR documents in the process of project development (urging Engineer of other Departments to formulate LRR documents), weekly updates, upload LRR documents and post them on KANBAN, organize LRR group members to open LRR review meetings once a week;

項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過程中編制、督促其它部門工程師編制LRR文件，每周更新、上傳、上看板LRR文件，組織LRR小組人員每周評(píng)審LRR文件；

Undertake any other tasks assigned by the PM&BD Manager.

完成項(xiàng)目與業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)理安排的其他工作。

QUALIFICATIONS崗位基本要求

Bachelor degree, major in Science and Engineering, 3 years project management working experience in auto industry;

理工科學(xué)士學(xué)位，3年汽車行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Should have good communication skill, team management and lead experiences

良好溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

1. Good English skill, especially fluent reading and writing skill; or fluent Korean is preferred for Asia customer;

英文讀寫流利；部分亞洲客戶，韓語(yǔ)流利者優(yōu)先；

Should be versed in AIAG APQP, quality engineering, supplier management, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate, GPMS and so on;

精通 AIAG APQP, 質(zhì)量工程,供應(yīng)商管理, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate, GPMS等；

Should familiar with QMS (TS16949, QS-9000, ISO9000 and etc.), GD&T, QFD, DFM, DFA, DVP&R, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, process flow chart, control plan, quotation procedure and contract review procedure;

熟悉QMS (TS16949, QS-9000, ISO9001等), GD&T, QFD, DFM, DFA, DVP&R, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, 工序流程圖, 控制計(jì)劃, 報(bào)價(jià)程序和合同評(píng)審；

Should be proficient OFFICE software, can preparing excellent PPT ;

熟練運(yùn)用OFFICE辦公軟件，能夠制作優(yōu)秀PPT；

Should possess with presentation skills be able to make introduce to customer, and discuss relevant technical matter’s skill with customer;

具備演講能力向客戶演示公司，與客戶商討有關(guān)技術(shù)問題的能力；

Understand injection molding, painting and assembly knowledge or process will be priority;

具有注塑，油漆和總裝經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
