DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES崗位職責(zé)描述：

1. Deal with quality issue of incoming material together with other team, ensure all
incoming materials are qualified by using 8D;

處理供應(yīng)商的來料質(zhì)量問題，以8D為工具確保供給合格物料；

2. Check and approve PPAP submitted by supplier, and formulate suppliers’ evaluation indicators;

校核、批復(fù)供應(yīng)商提交的PPAP以及制定供應(yīng)商的考核指標(biāo)；

3. Participate in supplier development management process, standardize related documents and forms;

參與完善供應(yīng)商開發(fā)管理流程，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化相關(guān)文件、表格；

4. Responsible for annual supplier audit and supplier assessment;

年度供應(yīng)商審核和評估；

5. Involve in inside and outside quality verification, including customer audit;

參與并支持內(nèi)、外部質(zhì)量審核，包括客戶評核；

6.Responsible for new supplier quality management;

負(fù)責(zé)新供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量管理工作；

7. Responsible for supplier quality issues collection, summary and analysis, communication with internal related departments/colleagues and pushing suppliers to take corrective actions even verify effectiveness of those corrective actions;

負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題的收集，匯總和分析，及時反饋給內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門和同事，并負(fù)責(zé)推動供應(yīng)商采取糾正預(yù)防措施并對其的有效性進(jìn)行驗證；

8. Prepare incoming material work instruction;

編寫來料作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書；

9. Other jobs assigned by Purchasing Manager.

完成其他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的工作。

QUALIFICATION崗位基本要求

1. Bachelor degree in engineering;

本科，理工專業(yè)；

2. Have supplier quality control experience in manufacturing Industry (in auto parts industry is better), with supplier development experience is preferred;

具有制造業(yè)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗（汽車零部件制造業(yè)最佳），有供應(yīng)商開發(fā)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

3. Familiar with IATF16949, has internal audit certificate;

熟悉IATF16949,具備內(nèi)審員資格證；

CET-4 level or above, good reading and written English;

英語四級或以上水平，英文讀寫能力；

5. Be familiar with the quality management tools APQP, PPAP (ISIR), SPC, FMEA, MSA and 8D knowledge is preferred;

熟悉五大核心工具、8D及常用統(tǒng)計分析工具者優(yōu)先；

6.Familiar with the customer’s system requirement,like VDA6.3 audit experience or 2nd party auditor qualified is preferred;

掌握負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品客戶的體系要求。如具有VDA6.3審核經(jīng)驗、有二方審核員資格者優(yōu)先；
